1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ok67 ("ok67", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ok67 website, mobile experience, gaming services, sportsbook, and all related features available at ok67.bet.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the ok67 service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with ok67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with ok67 or acting on behalf of any self-excluded individual.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of ok67, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless written prior approval has been granted by ok67.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

ok67 makes no representations that its services are available or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ok67 complies with applicable local laws before registering an account.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) ok67 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information current and promptly notify ok67 of any changes.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ok67 account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. ok67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• ok67 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
• ok67 may require identity verification (KYC) documents before permitting withdrawals, bonus activation, or continued account use.
• Accepted KYC documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ok67 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and are displayed on the ok67 Payments page.

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, if applicable, will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ok67 does not charge platform-side deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which ok67 bears no responsibility.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• ok67 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period of up to three (3) business days in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or KYC concerns are identified.
• ok67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or network outages.
• Funds deposited to ok67 are intended solely for wagering purposes. ok67 is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ok67 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and sportsbook promotions. All such offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms and take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all ok67 promotions:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• ok67 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or any other method deemed to constitute bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

ok67's sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and a range of other sporting disciplines. All bets placed on ok67 are subject to the general betting rules set out below, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the sportsbook section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ok67 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where a market is voided by ok67 in accordance with these rules.
• ok67 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (palpable error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. Bets accepted during live play are binding unless voided for technical reasons documented by ok67.
• ok67 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market, account, or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Where a fixture is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ok67's individual market rules for that event will govern how bets are settled, typically in line with established industry standards.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over ok67's odds is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

7 Casino Games

ok67 Casino offers live dealer games, slots, and table games sourced from internationally licensed and certified game providers. All games available on the ok67 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) and are tested by independent laboratories for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the relevant game provider.

ok67 acts as an operator, not as the game developer or software provider. In the event of a technical error or malfunction occurring within a game, ok67 will follow the game provider's dispute resolution procedure. Wins resulting from a demonstrable software malfunction will be voided and the bet stake returned.

• Game session records held by ok67 constitute the authoritative record in any dispute. In the event of a discrepancy between the player's screen display and ok67's server-side records, ok67's server-side records shall prevail.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in any ok67 game constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in account termination.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok67 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account, whether in the same name or under a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the ok67 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or otherwise tamper with the ok67 platform, its software, or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with ok67 games or the sportsbook in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting promotional offers, bonuses, or referral schemes in bad faith, including but not limited to creating fictitious accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ok67 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ok67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on ok67.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ok67 account may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of legitimate closure (where no breach of Terms is involved) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ok67 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand identifiers, website design, software, text, graphics, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok67 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ok67 content without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ok67 platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ok67 platform.

ok67 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ok67's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

ok67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ok67 will endeavour to notify active players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published.

Your continued use of ok67 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to arrange voluntary account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ok67 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ok67's customer support team in writing at [email protected] and allow ok67 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits ok67's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in cases involving intellectual property infringement, prohibited conduct, or fraud.
